Quick and easy apple pie smoohtie.

Ingredients:

  1. Apples,peeled ,cored and diced – 2 medium
  2. Yogurt- 1/2 to 3/4 cup
  3. Cinnamon powder- 1 generous pinch
  4. Ginger powder- 1 generous pinch
  5. Cardamom powder- 1 small pinch
  6. Nutmeg powder- 1 small pinch
  7. Honey/brown sugar/any sweetener of your choice- to taste

Instructions:

  • In a blender combine all the ingredients.Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • If required,add 1/4 water or yogurt to adjust the consistency.
  • NOTES

    • Adjust the amount of yogurt according to the consistency required.
