Strawberry Chia seed Smoothie

Rich and creamy Chia seed smoothie.

Ingredients:

  1. Strawberry,diced – 1.5 to 2 cups
  2. Banana,sliced- 1 medium
  3. Chia seeds- 2 tsp
  4. Almond milk- 1 cup(or use whole milk)
  5. Vanilla extract- 1/4 tsp(optional)
  6. Honey or any sweetener- to taste( if required)

Instructions:

  • In a blender add strawberry,banana,chia seeds,milk and vanilla extract.Blend until smooth.
  • Drizzle honey to taste into each glass.Pour in the smoothie.Sprinkle chia seeds on top ,if desired.
  • Serve immediately.
  • NOTES

    • Adjust the amount of milk according to the consistency required.
